Food and Beverages: Members, guests and children are not permitted to bring their own food and beverages from outside into Blacktown RSL Club for consumption.
Children in the Club: Unless otherwise stated, children are not permitted in the Lounge after 10pm. Children in functions may stay to the completion of function but must stay in Function room.
Lost Membership Cards: Members are to contact Club reception to report lost or stolen membership cards. A replacement card can be purchased for $3.00.
Sale of Tobacco: From the 1st of July 2010, tobacco vending machines must be activated by staff (whether by remote control or some other means) or a token. These changes are part of the Public Health (Tobacco) Act 2008 which regulates the advertising, display and sale of tobacco and non-tobacco products and smoking accessories. The new legislation places obligations on business which sell these products including pubs, clubs and hotels, with penalties applying of up to $1 million dollars.
The City of Blacktown RSL Club Limited may collect personal information in order to comply with obligations under the AML/CTF Act. The personal information collected will be kept secure at all times and only passed on to external bodies if required or authorised by law.
