Category Two Sponsorship and Community Support is considered once annually at a meeting of the Board of Directors. This meeting is usually held in November. For any support requested between 1 September to 31 August each year, all requests require the completion of the Blacktown RSL Category 2 Application Form and agreement that is available from November 2018, by contacting the Club’s Secretary or downloading from this website. To determine if your request is Category One or Two, click here and view the ClubGrants Guidelines on the ClubGrants Funding bar by Clubs NSW.

Category One applications are usually opened for the month of April each year all enquiries should be directed to Tony Barnden, Blacktown City Council on 9839 6000.

Category Two applications will be available from November 2018 by contacting the Club’s Secretary on 9933 7600 or downloading the application form when available.
Should you request discounted/ waiver of room hire, please immediately email: blacktownrsl@blacktownrsl.com.au or write to CEO as per below. This does not require the Agreement or application forms but a simple letter explaining . Who, Location of group and purpose of organisation and reason of room usage.

All completed Category Two applications need to lodged to us no later than 30th November 2018 for review by Sports, Grants & Community Committee then considered by complete Board with outcome to be advised.
Individual applications are considered on their own merits and reciprocal support back to RSL Club.
